Josh Coniglio serves as the Director of Financial Planning at Pacific Capital, where he works closely with clients to understand their unique priorities and craft personalized strategies to help them achieve their goals. With a passion for alleviating client stress, Josh fosters clear and consistent communication through each client’s personalized Financial Life Inspection®.

 Josh is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in Personal Financial Planning from California State University, Fullerton. He is also a Certified Financial Fiduciary®, Certified Tax Specialist (CTS®), Certified Estate & Trust Specialist (CES®), and holds the National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®) certificate designation.

With years of experience at leading financial planning firms in Orange County, Josh specializes in advanced financial plan design, investment management, tax strategies, exit planning, income planning, insurance solutions, and sophisticated estate planning strategies.

A Southern California native, Josh resides in Corona with his wife Stephanie, their two children, and their dog, Cooper. Outside the office, he is passionate about staying active, focusing on health and fitness, and spending quality time with his family exploring the great outdoors.
