Neliza Werka

Neliza Becker Werka is the Director of Client Engagement at Pacific Capital. She brings over 10 years of experience in marketing with a bachelor’s degree in publicity and advertising and an MBA focused on digital communication.

Neliza is passionate about client engagement and believes communication is essential to great client relationships. She is focused on sharing insightful content to our clients and making sure we understand what is on their mind.

Born and raised in Brazil, Neliza now lives in Corona with her husband and their two daughters. Back in Brazil, Neliza played professional volleyball for 10 years as middle blocker and opposite hitter. In the United States, she played in college for 2 years as well and believes that there are many great lessons on teamwork and leadership in sports that can be applied to business.
