Neliza Becker Werka serves as the Director of Client Engagement at Pacific Capital, where she is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s family office clients stay informed, connected, and heard. Neliza oversees the firm’s ongoing engagement initiatives, delivering thoughtful, relevant insights and resources that keep families up to date on the ideas and strategies that matter most to their financial lives.

With over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, Neliza brings a strategic lens to how Pacific Capital engages with its client families. She is focused on understanding what is on each family’s mind and making sure the firm’s messaging reflects that awareness. Her work strengthens the trust and transparency that sit at the center of every family office relationship.

Neliza holds a bachelor’s degree in publicity and advertising and an MBA focused on digital communication. Born and raised in Brazil, she played professional volleyball for 10 years and continued playing in college in the United States. She credits the discipline, teamwork, and leadership she developed through athletics as foundational to how she approaches her work today.

Neliza now lives in Corona with her husband and their two daughters.
