Randy Francis serves as the Director of Financial Planning at Pacific Capital, where he leads the design, coordination, and ongoing management of every client family’s comprehensive financial plan. In this role, Randy ensures that each element works together and nothing is left unaddressed.

Across Pacific Capital’s family office, Randy is the person who knows the details of every client’s financial life inside and out. He leads the firm’s planning efforts around each family’s Financial Life Inspection®, ensuring that every recommendation and strategy is aligned with the family’s vision and long term goals.

Randy is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Financial Fiduciary (CF2®), reflecting his commitment to always acting in the best interest of the families Pacific Capital serves. He graduated from Brigham Young University with both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting, which gives him deep fluency in tax strategy and allows him to work seamlessly alongside clients’ CPAs and tax advisors.

Born and raised in Orange County, Randy now lives in Corona with his wife Laurel and their three children, Luke, Macy, and Savannah. In his free time Randy enjoys spending time with family, sports, and the outdoors. At 6’7″, he was also a member of the 2016 NBA Draft class.
